Our turnaround time varies during the course of the year depending on the current workload. The current turnaround time is usually displayed at the top of our website.

Turnaround times vary from 1- 14 working days and we do have a Priority Service option which varies between sameday and 5 working days.

The canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt-tip markers or paint.

The unique construction and coating provide superior color gamut and resolution. Canvases are only intended for indoor use, and will resist fading if kept out of direct sunlight.

We can work with all file formats.

The enhancements available to add to your order online are Black & White, Sepia, and Retouching. We offer additional services such as Photo Collages and Multi-Canvas Collages.

You can have us print your image in Black & White or an antique Sepia tone and we will make sure your image converts to that color with the proper contrast and exposure. 

Minor retouching. Please specify in the comments box provided what specific items you would like corrected.

Major retouching would include more in depth correction or restoration. Please specify in the comments box what specific items you would like retouched. If you aren't sure which option to choose for your image, please contact us.
