Order placed online with artwork on 2025/07/15 invoice received and paid. 10 Days later with no further feedback - I contacted them as I needed to get the order before going abroad. Then I was notified that artwork was not received (though is was done online). 'As many of our customers do not upload images immediately upon placing orders there is no flagging in the system to say that art work has not been received.' So the client need to follow up daily on progress and any outstanding ? This caused a 10 day delay - resulting in order being delivered and returned as I already left overseas by this time. Costing me another delivery fee. They should have a process to notify order being received and any outstanding items or something. Would the order just have remained hanging have I not followed up ?

***UPDATE 05 NOV 2025**" After my review I put up on Facebook I was contacted by Canvas and More via Facebook Messenger, where they apologised for the manner in which both of my orders were handled and offered me a voucher. I would have been genuinely appreciative of this gesture and would have gladly amended my review to reflect that my concern was addressed and that a voucher had been offered. However, this offer came with a condition — I was asked to either edit or remove my review entirely. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not conduct business in this manner, nor will I allow myself to be incentivised or bribed in exchange for altering honest feedback. If that was their intention, they would have been better off leaving the complaint as it stood, because I will now definitely not be using Canvas and More for any future purchases — neither for canvases nor for any of my business-related materials (such as pamphlets or business cards). This is truly disappointing, as I had previously been a very satisfied customer. Before placing any business orders, I had several canvases printed through Canvas and More and was thrilled with the quality and service. I had every intention of continuing to support them, but this experience has completely changed my perception. To make matters worse, I later received an email follow-up a few days after the Facebook message, enquiring whether I had updated or removed my review in exchange for the voucher. Let me make this absolutely clear: I do not and will not conduct business under such unethical conditions. I expect companies to take accountability for their mistakes and handle complaints with integrity — not to attempt to silence or influence their customers. ***Original Post*** I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the repeated failure of your 48-hour priority service, which I have now experienced on two separate orders. In both cases, the promised timeframe was not met, despite me paying the additional fee for this service. On my most recent order, I contacted your office on 21 August and was assured by a staff member that the designer would be informed of the urgency and that my order would be ready by Friday, 22 August. However, when I called again today, I was told the exact same thing – proving that no escalation had in fact been made and that my order was not treated with any urgency whatsoever. This is identical to my previous experience, where a 48-hour priority order was also ignored and handled without urgency. In both cases, there was no communication regarding the status of my order, leaving me in the dark and having to constantly follow up myself. To make matters worse, when I attempted to raise my concerns, the Admin Manager (whose name I unfortunately did not get) was extremely cocky and dismissive in tone. At one point, she even suggested that I should place orders through the canvas department because it is “much quicker than the pamphlets, business cards, car magnets etc.” This comment was unprofessional, sarcastic, and damaging to your company’s own reputation. If one of my own employees had spoken like that to a customer, I would be furious. This was my third order with Canvas & More, and if this is the level of service I can expect going forward, I would rather take my business elsewhere. The way my order was handled – from the lack of priority despite paying extra, to the lack of communication, to the rude and unhelpful conduct of the Admin Manager – is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, this particular order was needed for the weekend, and your failure to deliver on the 48-hour service has caused me significant inconvenience. I therefore request: A written explanation of why your 48-hour service was not honored. Confirmation of what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I trust you will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly.

I want to thank Canvas & More for the 2 awesome musical fridge magnets. I ordered one for my partners birthday with a pic of us and our favourite song and she thinks it is the best gift ever. The other day she was feeling a bit down. She went to the fridge and hit play and felt way better after that. And now I got one for my 5year old daughters birthday with a pic of her and her favourite song. She loves it !!! I have one complaint though......what was I thinking !!! We have heard Vaya Papaya by The Minions about 20 times now and non-stop since waking up. But hey it gets her dancing and awake for school. Thank goodness they are rechargeable. Awesome product and service guys. These products really makes a difference.
